What is prenatal therapy?

Prenatal therapy is therapy for women that are hoping to become pregnant or are pregnant. This can be an emotional time and is intensified by hormonal and body changes. I am here to support you in your journey to motherhood, whatever that looks like. Prenatal therapy can give you a safe place to process the many changes that your mind and body are going through during pregnancy. Being able to prioritize and take care of your health during the prenatal period is not just about physical health. Your mental health and a sense of peace is vital to give you the strength to overcome the many changes and challenges of this time period. Yes, pregnancy is a time of joy but also a time of grieving what was and stepping into what is. I would love to partner with you in this beautiful journey.
